Where to eat
Birdworld has a large restaurant (open 10am - 5pm BST, 10am - 4pm GMT) serving a wide range of food, from snacks to a full meal. Visitors are welcome to visit the restaurant without paying to go into the park. The restaurant is in pleasant surroundings with views over the wildfowl pool, fountain and the first section of the park. Bookings for parties are welcome for our special meal deals, roast dinners and cream teas. Don't forget Birdworld for that special birthday party.
For those with babies changing facilities can be found throughout the park.

Snack Attack! Throughout the park there are kiosks so you won't go hungry or thirsty. Safari snacks serves pizza hot dogs and chips and all kiosks serve hot and cold drinks and snacks.
(Some Kiosks may not be open during off-peak periods).

Ideal for picnics. The setting is ideal for picnics on those hot summer days, so you are welcome to bring your own picnic and make use of the many benches - or just sit on the lawn. Shelters too can be found throughout the park, should the weather take a turn for the worse.

Don't forget The Forest Lodge Garden Centre has its own restaurant too.

Dogs. No dogs except Registered Assistance Dogs are allowed in the park but we are adjacent to Alice Holt Forest which provides excellent walking routes.

Shoppers Paradise. The site really has a lot to offer, whether you just want a souvenir or to find a special gift. There are quality gift shops at the entrance to both Birdworld and Underwater World with an even bigger selection at the garden centre. The company takes a special pride in both the good quality and the good value of its extensive range, so we're sure you'll be spoilt for choice.
