Terms and conditions Payment must be made at least 10 days before the date of visit. We regret that no refunds are available after this time. Prior to booking confirmation we require the organiser to visit the site so that all facilities can be viewed in person and any additional requirements agreed. Children must be supervised at all times and for school/scout groups etc, we require a minimum of 1 adult for every 5 children. The group organiser or an agreed nominated person must be responsible for the conduct of the group throughout the evening and will be required to liase with the duty manager as necessary. For the basic price there will be at least four staff on duty including at least one first aider. The Safari Snack Kiosk & main shop will be open throughout the evening. The aquarium and aquarium shop will be closed unless agreed by prior arrangement.
