Booking Terms & Conditions

Birdworld Membership

1. Members gain free entry to Birdworld throughout the year.
2. Please bring proof of membership with you to gain free entry to the Park.
3. We recommend that members pre-book on key holidays, school holidays or when special events limit capacity. You can check What’s On here. Some special events will require an additional ticket. Just add them onto your Members’ Pre Book slot.
4. To pre-book, please ensure your membership type matches or exceeds the number/type of tickets you are ordering. 
e.g. If your membership covers 2 Adults and 1 Child, you will not be able to book if you attempt to order 2 Adults and 
2 Child membership tickets.

Special Events

1. To keep everyone safe and having fun, special events have limited availability.
2. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable.
3. However we will endeavour to move your booking to another day / session, subject to availability.
4. Members and Carers will need to book a separate ticket for special events which may incur an additional fee.

Blue Light and Defence Discount Cards

1. Available online and in-store. Please enter your Blue Light / Defence code before checkout and ensure you bring your card with you on the day for validation. Alternatively, buy your tickets on the door and present your Blue Light / Defence card for discounted prices.
2. 10% off regular ticket price for the Emergency Services, NHS and Armed Forces, with either a valid Blue Light Card or a Defence Discount Card.
3. Not valid in conjunction with any other ticket offer or for special ticketed events which are charged separately.
4. You may be asked for a corresponding ID with your Blue Light Card or Defence Discount Card.

Carers

1. Carers will be required to show proof of carer status on arrival.
2. This can either be a letter from a GP or Disability Support Services confirming disability, a letter confirming receipt of DLA/PIP or the standard blue badge for vehicles which depicts the disabled person’s name and identification.
