Booking Terms & Conditions

Birdworld Members
Members can gain general admission to Birdworld throughout the year, whilst not essential would recommend that members pre-booking on key holidays, school holidays or where we have special events as capacity is limited. Proof of membership should be brought with you and shown on entry to the park. Some special events will require an additional ticket and may incur an additional fee.

To pre-book, please ensure your membership type matches or exceeds the number/type of tickets you are ordering. e.g. If your membership allows admission for 2 Adults and 1 Child member, you will not be able to proceed if you attempt to order 2 Adults and 2 Child membership tickets.

 

Special Events
Our special events have limited availability, once purchased tickets are non-refundable, however we will endeavour to move your booking to another day / session, subject to availability. Members and Carers will need to book a separate ticket for special events which may incur an additional fee.

 

Blue Light and Defence Discount Cards – (Available instore only)
15 % off, (for up to 5 people) general admission ticket price for the Emergency Services, NHS and Armed Forces, with either a valid Blue Light Card (https://www.bluelightcard.co.uk/) or a Defence Discount Card (https://www.defencediscountservice.co.uk). Not valid in conjunction with any other ticket offer or for special ticketed events which are charged separately. You may be asked for a corresponding ID with your Blue Light Card or Defence Discount Card.

 

Carers
Carers will be required to show proof of carer status on arrival. This can either be a letter from a GP or Disability Support Services confirming disability, a letter confirming receipt of DLA/PIP or the standard blue badge for vehicles which depicts the disabled person’s name and identification.
