Booking Terms & Conditions
Day tickets are valid for a single day and for a specified date. Once tickets are purchased, they are not transferable or refundable.
We encourage visitors to pre-book their tickets before arrival. You can pre-book online via our website.
Carers will be required to show proof of carer status on arrival. This can either be a letter from a GP or Disability Support Services confirming disability, a letter confirming receipt of DLA/PIP or the standard blue badge for vehicles which depicts the disabled person’s name and identification.
Members do not need to pre-book, although we would recommend this on key holidays, school holidays or where we have special events as capacity is limited. Proof of membership should be brought with you and shown on entry to the park.
